How to stay active, when you REALLY don't want to!


So yesterday, after a 10 hour work day, I had volleyball, and when I got home I did NOT want to do anything. But, instead of going inside and plopping my ass on the couch, I decided I would do some flower work. I put up 3 flower boxes on my deck and I put 3 flower pots on the front of my house. Although it's not like a MIND BLOWING work out, it's still keeping you active and your limbs going. Although I did have volleyball and ran a couple laps at the gym beforehand, this would have been great to do if I hadn't done any exercise before.

Basically where I'm going with this post is, if you are someone who does not like to workout or go to the gym, find a hobby that you enjoy to do and turn it into a physical thing. Like, if you have a pet, run around the yard with them, or take them for a walk. Anything that helps get your pulse going!

I know this may seem pointless, but it's the little things that count towards being healthy and helpful with losing weight.

HCG Diet: Day 11-13


Ok, so this weekend I was MUCH better. I didn't cheat.... as bad. I had 2 salads, and only fat free dressing on the side... so... I did pretty good. However, I don't ever drink as much water during the weekend as I do during the week. Because I didn't stick to the diet as STRICTLY as I could have, I did an apple day yesterday. So here are my results so far:

Day 11: +.1
Day 12: -.2
Day 13: -1.4

So for a 13 day total I have lost 13 lbs! I am so excitttted!

Has this been hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Totally.

Let's hope I'm down 1 more pound by end of today, to make the 14 day total 14 pounds!

HCG Diet: Day 7-10


If I can make it through this diet successfully, I can do anything. I just have to keep telling myself that! LOL!

So, here are my results:

Day 7: -1
Day 8: -.6
Day 9: no change :(
Day 10: -2.4

Ok, so when I woke up on Tuesday and there was no change, I decided that yesterday need to be an apple day to break my plateau. Apple day = apples for breakfast, dinner, and supper (6 max). Needless to say, I was pretty hungry when I went to bed, but hey, I did lose 2.4 pounds!

So, I took my "after" 1 week pictures last night and this morning I compared them to my befores, and I can see a difference, especially in my stomach! So that makes me REALLLLLLLY happy. However, I do have lots more to lose so this journey is no where near complete!
