This one is hard to describe... but.. now that I've owned my first "starter" home, I really know what are some MUST haves. I mean, I have a LOT of must haves in my current house but there are some things that I really REALLY need in my forever home.
1. BIG laundry room
2. Studio for my photography/makeup
3. BIG closet
4. Office
5. BIG [fenced] yard
6. BIG kitchen
7. Jacuzzi tub
8. Basement
9. Wrap around porch
10. Porch swing (i know, I can always add this)
Those are most of the MUST haves I think... what are yours?
